Use of Machine Learning Models

PRIME Profile utilizes Stable Diffusion and Dreambooth, open source machine learning models, to create personalized profile pictures for its users. By using PRIME Profile, you acknowledge that your profile picture is created by these models and agree to the terms and conditions of Stable Diffusion and Dreambooth.

Fees and Payments

The use of PRIME Profile is subject to a fee, which may vary depending on the service you choose. You agree to pay the fees associated with the service you select. PRIME Profile reserves the right to change the fees at any time. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund. However, refunds will only be granted if PRIME Profile has not created a personalized AI model for you.

User Conduct

You agree to use PRIME Profile for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the application to:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
  • Publish, post, or upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
  • Use any automated tools to access or use PRIME Profile
  • Engage in any activity that violates these terms and conditions or applicable laws.

Termination

PRIME Profile reserves the right to terminate your access to the application at any time for any reason. If your access is terminated, you agree to immediately cease all use of the application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PRIME Profile is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind. PRIME Profile makes no representation or warranty that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Your use of the application is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIME Profile shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of the application. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
