User Photo Upload Policy
When uploading photos to this site, you must certify that they are of yourself, that you possess all necessary rights, and that they are not pornographic or indecent in nature. Our platform shall not be held accountable for any negative repercussions that may arise as a result of non-compliant photo uploads.

We need this data to fine-tune the core text-to-image diffusion model and ensure that the generated AI model captures your facial features accurately. The AI model is unique to you and not shared with anyone else. We do not use the face data for any purpose other than creating personalized AI models. The face data is stored on secure servers that are compliant with industry standards for data security and privacy. Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time, in which case the face data will be deleted from our servers. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy and the collection and use of your personal information as described herein.

We do not aim any of our products or services directly at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13.
